Walking Meditation  is to help individuals re-discover how to live healthier, more relaxed lives of inner peace, joy, harmony, happiness and full of zest! I am here to introduce you to a meditative practice that is utterly practical, natural, profoundly simple yet holds the secrets and mysteries of the of the sages.

We are not just our minds or what we think, nor our bodies, or just our spirit. All three components work together and if one component is out of balance if effects the other two. Hence, when our mind is anxious, fearful or angry it negatively effects our body and spirit. Likewise if we do not take care of our body it effects or mind and spirit. If we don’t nurture of our spirit, lack of wisdom will take us in the wrong direction and both our mind and body will suffer. To reach our highest potential, no matter what that might be, ALL three components must simultaneous work in harmony to bring about our best and highest good.

LIFE HAPPENS, we cannot avoid it! This meditation is NOT about avoiding life, denying life or going to a mountain top. But rather, it is a practical method to help us relax with life and yet still maintain our peace when life throws you a curve, or in the midst of chaos, fear or anger.

Walking Meditation  is an Awareness (Mindfulness) based meditation. This form of meditation helps us let go of the past and leads us into the present moment. It helps us to become more fully awake, aware and fully present – in the moment. Walking Meditation helps us “flow” with life’s ups and downs It improves our ability to savor life and accept life; even when we perceive something, as bad. With practice, Walking Meditation improves our wisdom and helps us regain our balance when when life delivers something unexpected.

Walking Meditation is so enjoyable and easy. As long as we are physically able to walk…ANYONE can do it; young or old, rich or poor. Find your joy, peace happiness and laughter again.

Peace, joy, happiness etc. etc. “IS” our Natural state; our Authentic Self, our True Self. The illusive diamond we seek is hidden within us. We don’t need to go anywhere to find it!
